Brett Barber is the Chief Commercial Officer for SteelBlue. Brett has over 27 years of experience serving the needs of the Door and Steel Construction Industry. Brett specializes in business development, sales team development, leadership, and exceeding the needs of the customer by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Brett has extensive sales knowledge in a manufacturing environment with the proven ability to perform and deliver results in a cross-functional capacity between sales and manufacturing. Brett serves as an inspirational leader where he has successfully established, transformed, and strengthened sales team members into high-performance individuals delivering exceptional results. Brett is unassuming and authentic in his daily interaction with team members from all disciplines with focus on strengthening the overall team environment for the good of the customer and the markets they serve. Brett is motivated each day by his wife of 33 years, their two children and son-in-law. In his free time, he enjoys time with the family, leisure travel, daily fitness, and outdoor activities including hunting, shooting, golf, and hiking.
