SteelBlue’s Open Door: 2024 Fourth Quarter Review

Happy New Year, and thank you for your continued partnerships and support in SteelBlue.

2025 will be another exciting year for SteelBlue, and it comes just after our record-breaking 2024. Last year, we continued to grow exponentially and remained a profitable enterprise. We achieved this, despite remaining a young company and amongst the many economic challenges putting pressure on the storage economy. We successfully entered the Boat and RV door market, strengthening our pipeline for 2025. The talent we continue to attract and retain is by far the best I’ve ever seen in my career. Our year-over-year growth is a testament to the collective effort and dedication of each and every one of us, and it's something that makes us incredibly proud to come to work each day.

2025 will be a milestone year for the company. During the last quarter, as the industry faced a slowdown, our team took this opportunity to assess any gaps and prepare to exceed our plans for 2025. One significant addition to our team is Jack Reich, our new Vice President of Business Development. Jack brings extensive experience and customer relationships that will continue to further strengthen our growth. Jack will oversee our install and construction services group, as well as support sales in cultivating additional project opportunities to SteelBlue. Another essential hire is Jared Gabaldon, our new Marketing Director, who will enhance our content and increase our market visibility. Jared is also set to lead our podcast series, and if you're interested in participating, I encourage you to email marketing@steelbluebc.com, as we are always looking for guests to spotlight.

Last quarter, I mentioned that our product development team was working on wind load testing. I’m excited to announce that the door has successfully passed testing, and we will be unveiling it at the upcoming SSA Spring Show in Orlando Florida as we await final Florida Building Code approval.  Be sure to visit us at Booth #506 to see it for yourself.  The product development team has been diligently working on many new products to launch this year, and I encourage you to sign up for our company newsletter for more updates.

The last key factor in our success this year will be our focus on improving manufacturing efficiencies and implementing advanced automation throughout our plant operations. To start, we plan to enhance our manufacturing capabilities by acquiring new equipment in the first half of this year. This will allow us to start producing parts, such as guides, internally, ensuring that orders are fulfilled with consistent quality and delivered on time and in full to your project.

Additionally, we look forward to continuing to strengthen our partnerships with our customers. We recognize that we wouldn’t be where we are today without your commitment and support, for which we are deeply grateful. In appreciation, we have some exciting events planned throughout the year, so stay tuned.

As always, we thankyou for your continued partnership, support, and interest in SteelBlue.  Building Tomorrow, Today…We Win Together!
