SteelBlue Building Components has been operating in a 20,000-square-foot facility in Frankfort, KY, since March 2022. Due to such large demand, we quickly knew that we were going to need to be on the search for a larger facility to call home. During this time, the team discovered a Sears building that would need to be rezoned to be utilized for commercial operation. We are excited to announce that we have been approved to have this building rezoned and will begin transitioning all operations later this year.
