At SteelBlue, our core values of Safety, Evolution, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Transparency are not just memorized and said daily; we live by them. For many of the employees at SteelBlue, the culture that has been formed is why they are here or why they joined this team.

Additionally, we recently conducted an anonymous internal survey, and we were pleased to see that 100% of our employees could see themselves working at SteelBlue a year from now. When asked by our employees to describe the culture at SteelBlue, we received responses such as:

Collaboration

A core value that resonates with our team the most is collaboration. It is no surprise that this core value is favored so highly because it is critical for our business to run and be successful. We are constantly communicating and working collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure that every department is aware or informed about any changes occurring in the company. We foster inclusivity where every voice is valued – without our employees, we would not be where we are today.
