Can you tell us a bit about yourself? Where you grew up, interests, other bits about your life.

Growing up in Pittsburgh, my interests revolve around music, video games, and cigars—a unique mix that keeps life interesting!

What role do you have at SteelBlue? When did you start? What is your day to day like?

As our Manager of Estimating and Pricing, my day-to-day is always different depending on what our customers or sales team needs. I do a lot of preparing quantity takeoffs, negotiating pricing and delegating tasks, generally organizing chaos (the fun kind!).

What is one thing that people would be surprised to know about your job?

I'm always impressed by how creative the team can get to achieve goals.

SteelBlue has several core values: Safety, Collaboration, Transparency, Inclusion, and Evolution. Can you tell us which one resonates with you the most and why?

Collaboration:  We have a great team so getting to collaborate with so many great people is amazing.

What is the company culture like for you at SteelBlue?

Incredible - best culture I’ve ever worked in! Everyone genuinely cares about each other; if someone has a bad day- someone always checks on them. We work hard but also have a lot of fun. We've got a lot of hilarious people at SteelBlue.

Can you tell us about a moment of pride that you felt while working for the company?

Watching the estimating team learn and continuously grow #ProudDad

If you could swap roles with anyone at SteelBlue for a day, who would it be and why?

Either someone at the plant or an installer. It would be a good opportunity to get out of the office and play with some of the product.

Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?

It's gotta be the Slim Jims in the kitchen. Does that really need elaborated on??? (Not an ad)

What are some fun facts about you that people should know about?

The fun thing about me is there are no fun facts….I’ve been to over 500 concerts, people tend to think that’s either pretty wild or a colossal waste of money.
