Can you tell us a bit about yourself? Where you grew up, interests, other bits about your life.

Hi there! I'm Elijah. I was born in Sacramento, California, but spent most of my growing years in Frankfort. I've always had a thirst for knowledge, and I love collecting random trivia facts.

What role do you have at SteelBlue? When did you start? What is your day to day like?

As a member of the Door Table Team at SteelBlue, my days can sometimes be quite hot! But I truly love the team I'm a part of and the work we do. We face every challenge head-on and work collaboratively to solve any issues that arise.

What is one thing that people would be surprised to know about your job?
SteelBlue has several core values: Safety, Collaboration, Transparency, Inclusion,and Evolution. Can you tell us which one resonates with you the most and why?

Of SteelBlue's core values - Safety, Collaboration, Transparency, Inclusion, and Evolution - Collaboration resonates with me the most. The teamwork and synergy between my coworkers and myself are remarkable. When faced with a problem, we always band together and find a solution.

There's a sense of pride that comes with every milestone we reach at SteelBlue. These moments of achievement are a testament to our hard work and dedication, and they're always cause for celebration.

One of the work perks I appreciate most at SteelBlue is the bonus program. It's a great incentive and a fantastic way to recognize and reward our hard work.
